Caring for your skin is an important aspect of maintaining overall health and wellness. This can help to improve the texture and tone of your skin, as well as reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Fruits and vegetables in particular are rich in antioxidants, which can help to protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Aim to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables in different colours, as each colour provides different benefits.
  8. Manage stress. Stress can have a negative impact on the health of your skin. It can lead to breakouts, wrinkles, and dull, lifeless skin. Finding ways to manage stress, such as through exercise, meditation, or yoga, can help to improve the health of your skin.
