We want everyone to have the opportunity to try Clever Soap, so we offer a range of delivery options for both UK and international customers. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message.

U.K. Delivery

All UK orders are sent via tracked delivery through Royal Mail:

• £2.49 – Orders under £25 (estimated 3–5 working days)

• Free – Orders over £25 (estimated 3–5 working days)

International Delivery

We offer tracked international shipping through Royal Mail from just £9.99.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are collected by your local customs authority or courier before delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the tracking information provided and to contact their local customs office or courier if needed to arrange payment of any fees. Clever Soap is not responsible for unpaid duty fees.

If duties or taxes are not paid and your order is returned to us, we will refund the value of the items only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

United States (Updated for new tariffs)

For customers in the United States: A 10% duty fee now applies to all imports. This fee is already included in our delivery charges, so you will not need to pay anything extra on delivery.

Problems With Your Order?

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and occasionally deliveries can be delayed by a few days. If you haven't received your order within 7 working days for the U.K., or 15 working days for international orders, please get in touch with us with your order number so we can investigate.

We’re unable to investigate missing or delayed orders reported after 1 month for UK orders or 2 months for international orders, so it’s important to contact us within these timeframes if you experience any issues.
