Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can put it right.

Returns
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, just get in touch using our contact form within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
