Purchased in a desperate attempt to tackle suspected fungal acne on my forehead when other standard OTC treatments didn't work (including anti-dandruff shampoo). This gel made an impact after night one! Been using it for just over 2 weeks and my forehead looks 80% better! Also love the moisturizing base this gel/cream is in.

This was working so well for my fungal acne. I saw Natalie O’Neill had recommended it and it really did help my fungal acne. Unfortunately recently I have noticed it’s coming back again, I’m getting congestion also where I didn’t before and I’ve realised it’s because of the new ingredient! I’m gutted - please please bring the old formula back :(

Amazing !

This cream is so so so good. It is totally non greasy and very cooling. Feels a lot like aloe but almost more soothing. It has helped a lot with preventing new breakout and keeping my skin barrier happy! I've tried all the acids and they often are too harsh but this is super gentle. This with the sulfur wash is now my new base routine. I pair it with differin 2x per week and it's been keeping things pretty under control
