Shipping Rates
We want to keep shipping simple, affordable and reliable so we offer a set rate based on your location.
U.K. Shipping
Our standard shipping rate is £2.99. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days.
International Shipping
We ship to all areas of the world to make sure everyone has access to our products. To keep things simple, we offer a flat rate of £9.99 which includes tracked shipping for all areas outside of the U.K. Delivery times are typically 4-7 working days, although please bear in mind that due to the current Covid-19 pandemic this may be extended.
Packages delivered internationally may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are usually applied after the goods have arrived. Such charges are not included in the cost of the item or delivery. Buyers are responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.
What Is Zinc Pyrithione?
Zinc Pyrithione is a versatile ingredient in our soap with anti-bacterial properties. It is also effective at removing dandruff and visible flakes from the hair and scalp, making it a great component in our shampoos as well.
What Is Salicylic Acid?
Salicylic Acid, as with the zinc pyrithione, also has anti-bacterial properties, as well as being a powerful exfoliator to help penetrate the skin and unclog pores which can lead to breakouts.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
Yes. All of our products are vegan-friendly, meaning we never test on animals or use any animal parts in any of our products.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are designed to be kind to the skin and those with sensitive skin shouldn’t have any issues. If you find any of our products cause irritation, please stop use immediately. You may find the products without salicylic acid a more gentle alternative.
Are your products made in the United Kingdom?
They certainly are. We are the U.K’s only manufacturer of zinc pyrithione soap, and we manufacturer our shampoo here also.
Are your products fragrance-free?
Yes, all of our products are fragrance-free as this can irritate the skin.
How do I place an order on your website?
You can place an order by visiting the online store section of our site here. Simply add the product you would like to purchase to the cart and proceed to the checkout where you can enter your payment and delivery details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm in the U.K are usually dispatched the same day and should arrive within 48 hours, depending on the destination.

If you haven’t received an order, please contact us here quoting your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve your issue.
